Raising Temp on a Saison

    give it a few days to get acclimatised. once fermentation's going along well and the yeast has raised the temp of your beer up to the mid-70s on its one (day 2-3) slap that belt on.

    I have one (same style, if not the same brand) and use it all the time with a glass carboy.
