Raleigh Airport - Beer Options?

They're not great, unfortunately. There's a Gordon Biersch, which is like pretty much every other GB. But there's also a wine bar in Terminal 2 (can't remember the name but it's just to the left of the escalators past security) that's always got a few nice local taps (good food, too).

 

There's a Carolina Ale House in Terminal 2. Not sure of their tap list though. What airline are you flying?

 

No good beer options in T2...had some bad pours(carb problems, possibly dirty lines) at Gordon Biersch. Poked my head into Carolina Ale House and it looked like mostly macro stuff.

 

Next time, try and go through Charlotte... it's a touch better than Raliegh

 

Pretty brutal selection at RDU

 

If I were in your position I would probably opt to hit up Bottle Rev RDU (about 7m away) and grab a few bottles/cans and stuff them in your luggage bag. Most airlines in the US allow up to 5 liters but no carry on obviously. Hope this helps.

 

there's some sam adams bottles at the five guys haha...it's a wasteland
