haha. outside of western TNs mustard style I cant really think of any others...
(brisket is brisket and ribs are ribs, etc. they arent Q - I had to explain that to my NY inlaws!)
clearly you havent had good pulled pork as you can get bark, meat and fat all in the same piece, much less the same bite

there's a reason why chopped is usually swimming in sauce... it's often too dry without it.
that said, glad to have access to all the styles here in Richmond for when it suits my mood.

Dangit....I told myself I was gonna stop getting into BBQ arguments. I needa beer.

And Chris....I wasn't comparing sauces....in fact, I wouldn't even call what NC has 'sauce'

If your close to Chapel Hill go to Mama Dips, it's about 2-3 blocks off Franklin Street. Best soul food in the world, and not expensive, nice place too, lots of parking, and easy to get to now that school is out.

On the way stop at Foothills in WS, you can have a few and bring a growler with you, they have better stuff there than you'll find anywhere in Asheville. Only two minutes at the most off of I40.

I have seen the Pit's draft lines (in the cooler and with a faucet off) and I can tell you I don't care what they put on draft I would never drink a beer out of the tap there.

If that Victory Moonglow I had on draft was with bad tap lines, I really want to taste it with good ones!
