Raleigh (formerly) Seaboard Octoberfest

Don't think I've seen this posted on here, so here goes:

Last year or two there has been a tented Octoberfest at Seaboard Station and they had a keg of Hacker-Pschorr. This year they couldn't get Seaboard since it's had financial troubles. They were trying to decide between a big downtown event or a small Boylan Heights (Rebus Works, specifically) event, the latter focusing on more rare Munich beers and authentic food. I petitioned for the latter and that's what they ended up having.

Seeing as how Hacker-Pschorr blew the local Octoberfest beers out of the water, I'm really looking forward to this one since they'll have four types of their beers coming over.
