Going to see a concert at The Ritz in Raleigh tomorrow night; looking to do a little brewery hopping beforehand. Hitting Raleigh Brewing on the way in; are their any breweries near that venue? If several, what would folks recommend?

I should add, not afraid at all of a good walk, if we can park and be on foot in the couple hours before the show.

Big Boss is about a mile from the Ritz. So is Sub Noir Brewing, but it looks like Sub Noir is only open on the weekends.

The are around The Ritz doesn't have anything good within walking distance. I would hit up Trophy & Tasty beverage before then drive/uber to venue.

I second this, Trophy does great pizza. If pizza is not your thing, try Busy bee, they usually have great stuff on tap.

If it were a Friday or Saturday, Sub Noir would be where I'd say go for sure. Otherwise, Big Boss would normally be your best bet in that area but they are doing a barrel-aged event tonight which is ticketed and sold out. It might still be worth checking out though, as I think the taproom area is normally still open to the public when they have events in the brewery area. But just expect it to be a lot more people there than normal.

Nickelpoint is the only other one that's pretty close to that area. It's pretty meh beer-wise, but it's probably worth a stop if you're over there anyway. You should hit Trophy up for sure though. They have a good DIPA and a berliner on right now.
