Randalling/brewing with coconut

    What's the preferred way to prepare the coconut? Toasted, raw, other? Trying to do a coconut/bourbon infusion with a randall.

    Toasted or make an extract with vodka or better yet both

    Goose Island is doing BCBS with toasted coconut, if that means anything to you. I really just came here to say nice avatar.
