So, I have three bottles of batch #1 from Pretty Things I've had forever and never drank. Moved them unopened from Boston to Chicago, then back again to Boston and across a total of probably 6 unrefrigerated moves. One Jack D'Or (1st batch sticker), one St. Botolph's Town (with paper neck sticker), and one Confounded Mr. Sisyphus (paper neck sticker). I assume these are all non drinkable anymore (ha!) and they are totally sentimental and shelf decorations looking back at a local beer time now past in Boston but curious what people may or may not think about them, their current value and whether I was right or wrong to never crack them open and instead continue to admire the label artwork and silly fact they are batch #1 of each. Just a funny thought on a Sunday night to toss out there to the beerosphere...cheers!

I wouldn't immediately assume they're undrinkable. St Botolphs was a pretty big one that I kept for a couple years back when and was really tasty when opened. Jack is a Saison, more or less, IIRC. those may not age quite as well, but then again, they may. I don't remember the Sisyphus as well.
As long as they were relatively taken care of, they should be OK. As far as value, I doubt many people will be trading for them, or willing to spend a lot of money to buy.
I;ve enjoyed beers and recapped the bottles (easy if you have an opener that doesn't bend the cap. Rinse out then pop it back on) and kept them for decoration. I personally don't care they're empty - for top shelf beers I actually think of the drinking when I look at the bottle.
