Puyallup River Brewing's Strawberry Farmhouse and Peche Farmhouse saisons are mighty tasty. They haven't bottled either yet, though.

What about Beaktweaker? It's bottled and pretty limited.

Don't forget Old Birdbrain. Hopefully it gets bottled soon.

I understand your rationale, but it seems to me that the packed bars etc are the opposite end of the spectrum of IPAs dying in a keg after months, and little traffic. It takes from the experience for me, and a lot of times I miss out due to too many people vying for the same beer. There should be a happy medium in there, where all beer releases should not be a Black Friday panic to rush in before it vanishes. I don't have any solutions for this, only my perspective on the phenomena.

Also- to add to the list:
E9 Pinot barrel aged Belgian strong dark, and bourbon barrel variation, along with the cuvée of the two.
E9 sours in general- the barrel program is coming to fruition, so watch out!

@Youradhere, the E9 Pinot BA BSD was awesome, their ipa was amazing! I havent had the chance to try any of their sours.

I just left 99 bottles with Epics Xmas party, Sounds Humulo Nimbus, & Skagit Rivers Trumpeter. Pretty excited by the haul and im hoping to be blown away.

So where are you guys going to watch the seahawks? Maybe some of us can meet up together.

Naked City does good stuff. I know one of owner's grandparents very well and we typically go there with them monthly. Their food is always improving and the beer is consistently top-notch.

THIS. I've got one bottle of Old Sol 2012 in a box in my garage, really interested to see how it evolves over time.

Heck, I'd suggest Old Wooly as well.

I'm wearing one of my Big Time shirts as I type this. Whenever there's a "visiting Seattle" thread Big Time is my one consistent "must hit" for visitors. God I love them, and I can't believe I went through that whole previous thread without giving them a shout-out. I'll do it now, "Yo! Big Time! Y'all kick ass!" BTW flexabull, how's the rare beer situation in Redding?

Rare beer in Redding?! Surely you jest?!

I'm just happy that we recently got a brewery! We also have a pretty good one about 50 miles south of here though...

More props to E9! Went there for the first time this weekend and had a blast. Good food and their beers are solid.
Pinot BDS and Meritage BDS were stellar. They also had Suge Knight as a guest tap (awesome).

    what about 1,000 bottles total?

These screen-printed bottles will house Switchback - an amazing, barrel-aged 12% ABV Russian Imperial Stout - with only 1,000 bottles
