I just recieved two flip top growlers of RareR on Thursday and opened one last night. I loved the mouthfeel, but the carbonation was pretty low. I plan on opening the other growler within the next few weeks. My question is whether I should keep the second growler refrigerated or store around 55-60 degrees to preserve carbonation and taste? Are their growlers counter pressured? Cheers, Isaac
Refridgerating it will force more co2 back into solution since it becomes more soluble as the temperature of the beer drops.
