I'm curious as to what makes this website kick ass? Perhaps it's just my computer, but the links on the left hand side of the page seem like they aren't displaying completely, or like I should be able to scroll down further within the column.
I visited last week and thought it was great. The tours are 1pm and 3pm on Saturdays, and you email ahead to make sure you can get a slot. It was $8, which included 3 ~6oz samples and a nice pint glass (with the cool logo). The owner was a really great guy. I loved the coffee milk stout- it's cold brewed so I think it doesn't have the astringency of coffee stouts that I have disliked in the past.
I may be wrong, but wasn't Ravenous brewing at Trinity? I thought I read that somewhere... The awesome website won't open on my computer. Unless it is supposed to be a white page...
The brewer is a really nice guy who started out in the LHBS. I believe Ravenous is Lil Rhody's first "nanobrewery". I've been his stuff on tap more and more...
I had the Bienvenue and the Blackstone Pale Ale. Both very solid beers, nothing extreme or fancy but very good representations of their respective style. I'll happily order either in a restaurant the next time I see them.
Although the web site is still white space on my devices, need to make a correction. It is Revival that brews out of Trinity Brewpub.
Actually Revival is brewing mostly out of Cottrell in CT. Sean Larkin is the guy doing both Trinity and Revival beers (Revival being his own line) plus he does the 'gansett seasonals.
