I had the privilege of acquiring this one-off beer, brewed for a disc golf tournament. That's what I was told by the guy I got it from because he went to that tournament. Anyway, there's just something about Hyzer Flip that makes it such an interesting DIPA. I'm not sure if the banana and mango flavors are intentional but that's what I get when I drink Hyzer Flip. Kudos to Fiddlehead! I'm loving it. We now have a trifecta of hop dominance (Alchemist, Fiddlehead and Lawson's) and there are more contenders in the wings. Second Fiddle is the only DIPA that I haven't had from Fiddlehead. I love Mastermind too!
I have had all 3 from Fiddlehead. I have Mastermind and Hyzer Flip in the fridge now. I will say that 2nd fiddle is my favorite from them. Can't wait until it's released again! The Hyzer Flip can is also a great work of art!
