Over the past several months as I fall deeper down the rabbit hole of craft beer, I have been primarily chasing big IPAs and more recently imperial stouts. I blame you guys. However, I had a belgian quad the other day and it reminded me of how I got into non-BMC beers in the first place. It was a re-revelation of sorts. I LOVE me some belgian trippels and quads. Anyone else re-enlightened to a style or beer they may have forgotten about?
I had De Struise Pannepot a few months ago and absolutely loved it. Funny cuz the first beer I had that blew my mind was St. Bernardus Abt. 12, another quad. Guess I love a great quad.
