Readily available brett beers in Philly area?

    Yep thanks, I picked some up today actually. Funny how you can go to 2 Whole Foods 10 minutes away from each other and find completely different things.

    I have only had Sofie on draft and I concur that there is just a touch of Brett character in that beer. Maybe if you get Sofie in bottle form and age it more of the Brett character will out (similar to Orval)?

    Victory Helios is fermented with Brett during primary fermentation.

    Yeah, the last bottle of Helios that I drank had a lot of Brett character to it.

    It definitely tastes like it. I just didn't see it specifically mentioned anywhere. Maybe that's what they mean by "special Belgian yeast".
