Spicy as in chile? I'd recommend Clown Shoes Luchador En Fuego. Depending on where you are located its pretty easily obtainable, and its an excellent beer. Better than some of the "big name" chile stouts in my opinion including Bomb! and MC (just one man's opinion though).

I'm a fan of Ilkley - The Mayan. Chocolate and chipotle goodness.

A microbrewery in upstate new york called The North Brewery does a hazelnut mocha chili stout called "God Complex" that is phenomenal and very spicy. I highly recommend it.

Well it isn't a stout but Ballast Point Habanero Sculpin is a really good spicy beer. Also I haven't had it in a while but I believe Stone made one too.

Also Rogue made a few. You can check out the chili beer section on here as well.

The problem with the chili beer section is that none of the above mentioned beers are actually classified as such on here. All of the stouts are "american double/imperial stout" and Habanero sculpin is classified as an IPA.

And God Complex is the bomb

New Belgian / Lips of Faith just re-released Cocoa Mole. Not exactly a stout, but pretty dark and chocolatey.

As a giant fan of chili beers, this is an ongoing search. Readily available is kinda hard and depends on region; I could pick up The Mayan at any point, and sometimes see Bomb!, but usually have to trade. Flying Dog did a Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout recently and that was on shelves, but not spicy at all.

Anyway, what you might be able to find on shelves (though not neccesarily):

    Ilkley - The Mayan
New Belgium - Cocoa Mole Lips of Faith (not a stout technically but it hits this 'style' real close)
Westbrook - Mexican Cake (BA Versions available)
Prairie - Bomb! (BA Versions available; Fred's Blend is double barrel IIRC)
Oddside - Mayan Mocha (BA Version Available)
Clown Shoes - Chocolate Sombrero (BA Version is Luchador El Fuego)
Flying Dog - Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout
    Rogue - Sriracha Stout
Stone - Xocoveza (BA version "Extra Anejo" coming; initial batch still lingering in some areas; uncomfirmed if second traditional batch will happen)
Perennial - Abraxas (BA Versions available; likely won't see on shelves long if not held in the back)
Spring House - Blood Lust (BA Versions were available; one was infected; pepper not super noticeable but supposedly is present in the normal brew)

There are barrel aged variants of FFF Moloko (Conquistador De La Muerte) and Dark Lord (Dark Lord De Muerte) that are only sold on at the brewpub I believe.

Cigar City's Hunahpu and its variants (I guess the original hits shelves for like a minute?). I believe some El Catador Cigar City releases also use spicing, but unsure if stout.

That's it off the top of my head. Abraxas and Mexican Cake have been my favorite of these, but major major points to Xocoveza and Cocoa Mole for not making me ship a box cross country at any point.

I will second Luchador, I haven't had many in this style but to me this is a very well done brew that is pretty widely available in their footprint.

The Central Waters Space Ghost is a tasty, affordable spicy stout that has been available around me for months now. 12% too.

Being in Jersey, too, you should be able to find the Clown Shoes Chocolate Sombrero, which I was a fan of, 9%.

Depending on your definition of "readily available" the one from Copper Kettle is available year-round and all over Denver. Granted, it doesn't leave the area - but you can trade for caseloads of it without worry at minimal expense.

Oh, and if you're a homebrewer, I've got a smoked chili porter recipe that's done well in competition, and a double version of it (really just adding some rye and roasted barley with more Maris Otter base).
