Ready to bottle batched aged brew

Interesting idea; I think you're right though about applying the chemical post-bottling, no way to accomplish that really. If I just had a boner for natural carbonation over forced I could do that in a keg and then bottle it once carbonated, but even that sounds pretty damn tricky (not to mention silly).

What I'll most likely end up doing is taking the carboys to someone's place that has a kegging setup, keg all 4 and force carb, then bottle from there. It'll be a pain in the ass, but then at least it's drinkable a few days, rather than a few weeks, later.
