Really simple meals, with Beer, that kick butt.

    I didnt feel like cooking so I did a simple lunch. A fresh loaf of custom sour dough bread, the 3 end pieces, were lightly toasted and spread with a good cream cheese. On top were wedges of cheddar and swiss cheese, a combo i cant resist, and a delicious smoked lox. On the side were both green and black olives, both soaked in a wonderful olive oil.

    And all washed down with a delicious malty pilsner. So simple, yet so good i had to write about it. this simple lunch made my day.

    What do you do when you want to go "simple" but dont want to cut corners on taste?
