So I am extract/partial brewer (brewed 10 batches so far). I have some left over ingredients and i've had help coming up with a recipe on here. Here is what I think I've finalized the recipe.

    Grain:
3 lbs 2 row pale malt
    Crystal Malt 40L 8oz
    Munich Malt 8oz
    White Wheat Malt 8oz
    Caramel Munich 60L 8oz

    Boil Schedule:
    60 min - 1oz Warrior hops
    15 min - 1 oz Mosaic hops
15 min - 3.3 lbs Briess Liquid pale ale malt extract (also called golden light according to container)
    5 min - 1 oz Palisade

(I have the following hops to choose from Palisade 2oz
    Warrior 3oz
    Mosaic 2oz
    El Dorado 2oz
    Simcoe 1/2oz
    Glacier 1/2oz to choose from)

    Yeast:
    Safale US-05
Dry Hop for 7 days with 1/2 oz Simcoe and 1/2 oz glacier.

I mostly make/drink pale ales and ipas. Any one have suggestions? I dont have any other grains and want to use what I have only. But I am looking for suggestions/recommendations on how to use the hops. Thanks in advance for the help.

I'm no expert and defer to others on this forum, but if you steep those grains and add 3.3 lbs of LME at 15 minutes, I'm not sure you are going to come close to your OG. What is your target OG and target FG? That will help in calculating the amount of extract to use.
I apologize for not answering your hop question, but I think the extract issue should be addressed first.
    Cheers!

Are you mashing the pale ale malt?

I just prefer to use that extract late in the boil

It looks to me like a pale ale grist with IPA bittering (assuming 5 gal batch). The aroma hops is more pale ale than ipa. Could be good stuff. I'd considering reducing the warrior to half or 3/4 oz, and I would consider eliminating or reducing either the c40 or the caramunich. On the other hand, I would not be surprised if I liked it as you wrote it, too.

    Don't steep...do a real mini-mash
Use ALL the hops, but only use 3/4 oz Warrior for bittering... reserve 3 oz total for DHing...shit can the Glaciers and 1/2 the crystal malt.
Make a 4 gal batch to up your gravity.
    IMHO : )

Ok, I will do a minimash (I dont know why I said steep) so Im not going to use the crystalmalt. I will lower the warrior to 3/4oz. What would you suggest as a hop schedule? and, do you agree with my late addition malt extract ?

Yes, LME is fine. Use the remainder mix of hops late (10/5/0 min), but reserve total 3 oz for dh...should be a tasty 4 gal batch. Cheers

Neither, English IPA or English barleywine would be the closest, but neither is a great description.

One of these...depending on the size (gravity) of your batch

    pale ale or IPA

With ONLY those ingredients you listed in your original post you need (less water) to make a smaller batch (3 or 4 gal.) or you will end up with a very low ABV session beer
