    Greetings,

Hoping to get some advice on this recipe. I worked off a recipe from a Sloop Juice Bomb clone that came out great about a year ago and tweaked it based on my current available ingredients. This will be my first experience with Strata hops. Any thoughts appreciated!

    Malt
    11 lbs Valley Malt - 2-row Pale
    2 lbs Wheat Malt
    *I have some:
    -Crystal Naked Oats
    -Chitted Wheat
    -Naked Oats
and would like to use them but I've never used them before. Any thoughts/advice on these?

    Hops
    Columbus - 1oz @ 30min (using 60min boil)

    Strata - 3oz whirlpool @180F
    Galaxy 1oz whirlpool @180F

Strata - 3oz dry hop (might do 1.5oz during fermentation and 1.5 keg dry hop for 2-3 days)
Galaxy - 2oz dry hop (might do 1oz during fermentation and 1oz keg dry hop for 2-3 days)

    Yeast
    Wyeast London Ale III (1318)

Strata is a killer hop. Dank fruity citrus. Definitely a hop to get a hold of when it’s available. Right up there with Citra, Mosaic,Galaxy. It’s distinctive.

I just brewed an ipa for my sisters wedding that had a 6 oz strata Dryhop 10 days in and another 2 oz in the keg and it was amazing. @NorCalKid is right on. Next time I would probably only do 6 oz total dryhops it does pack a punch. I would just use the valley malt and all your wheat
