After nearly a year of extract brewing I've made the switch to all grain. For my next batch I'm looking to do an Export Stout, preferably something as close to Tsunami Stout as possible. Anyone have a recipe they'd be willing to share?

Check Mike T's blog. He did a clone of Tsunami (great beer) that got infected. The recipe is there under "Foreign Export Stout", I think.

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually had seen that blog before I posted my request but there isn't a lot of info about the results since the brew was infected. I was hoping for a recipe with a little more history of success. I've emailed the brew master at Pelican and am hoping he'll be generous enough to weigh in with some info.

I made it last year. Mine had a slightly lessened sharp roast bite then the Pelican, though I cold-steeped the dark grains. Some other dudes made the recipe & blogged about it . . . I think the results are back in the original post.
