    Hey,

a few days ago I bought a b-stock Klarstein mash kettle on Ebay. Considering it’s pre-owned it’s in great condition although for the life of me I can’t get the circulation pump going. I’ve switched the orange switch on the side of the machine on and turned the blue valve, but nothing. I can’t even hear anything kick in when I turn it on. It’s not blocked as I can blow right through it easily. Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong? I’m desperate not to have to start a returns procedure from Glasgow to Berlin!

    Best,
    Jamie

not sure how handy you are with electricity...but any way for you to find out if there is power going through the switch? It may be that a fuse was blown to the pump...or maybe the switch is the problem...or the pump. Or may be that there is some safety sensor that is preventing it form turning on...

Hard saying though from here...I would suggest that you contact Klarstein for their technical support cause my guess is they should be able to help you more.
