I recently picked up a few of these on a trip to California. It tasted great fresh (I had the Apricot version) but wondered how it would do with some age. I have had great experiences aging some sours (The Dissident and Green Monster come to mind). Would an apricot saison yield similar results?

I've not managed to keep any of the Tahoe Mountain beers for very long. So tasty. I'd expect the fruit to drop of pretty quick. I should see if I can turn up some of the barrel/sage variants and hide them from myself.
