Hi All, Just a quick question. I started a Bavarian wheat in the primary last night and am considering adding fruit during the secondary. Anyone know what pairs well with Bavarian wheat? I would lean apricots, but blueberries worked for me the one time I tried a fruit beer (added them to a secondary on a blonde ale, came out slightly tart, slightly blue, light but detectable fruit, and quite tasty).
thanks all... I am considering the fruit not to be overpowering, just a light taste so may try apricot, lemon zest or rasp.
