I hope they do that, its been a while, so they could also just put it on the shelf and open at regular time. 3pp, and no worries about bands or tickets.

This will not be a beer they put on the shelf, will probably be the highest demand of any beer they have released. To get this i would suggest getting there three hours early to be safe. I have got angels many times without showing up early at all, but not this one. Will be gone quick, and i am willing to bet very pricy.

No reason to over hype it. There is no confirmation of how WW is going to sell this one. I would think that with the store set up they really wouldn't need to do anything else if they aren't going to do tickets, but who knows. Hopefully more folks will still be out chasing trucks for Bourbon County releases and will just let this one fly under the radar.

They don't want a huge line heading into the store, so will probably be at the garage door, especially since 10am release. I think all there releases are overhyped. I feel like my statement will prove accurate. That being said, I won't be in that line. Will try draft if they have it.

If anything it's being under hyped IMO. It's a blend of two of the best sours in the country and goning to be between 200-240 allotments.

I'm not sure I'd call Red Angel one of the best sours in the country, but I'm sure this blend will be very good. Just hope it's got some funk to go with all that fruit.

Well it's solidly ranked in the top 50 sours/wild ales on the website in which you're currently posting on.

For me personally it def is.

I'd argue that both raspberry sours from right down the road at Fonta Flora are much better, as are almost all of their fruited sours. BA rankings are not really the best way to judge the quality of a beer.

You could argue it as it's your opinion. I don't agree with it personally and neither does untapped or BA. FF's beers have all been good but over hyped to me. Rythum Rug especially.

Atrial was better than Red Angel to me but I love everything from JK.

$26 for a little over a pint. Damn, they are REALLY proud of this beer!

Meh. Raspberries are the most expensive fruit and it was fruited twice. The blend from JK had to travel here. It's not cheap but I understand the price.

Red Angel is good, but I'd take Framboos Morte over it personally and I mean that's not in the top 100 wilds on here. A lot of it is based on the amount of hads. Wicked Weed has as many on there as de Garde, for instance.

But that's still saying something, so WW is obviously doing something right.

Raspberries are not the most expensive fruit by far. Frozen raspberries from a farm will run you under 60 cents a pound when you purchase a ton.

I agree FF sours are overhyped (and often vinegar-y), Red Angel is delicious, but is no where near the best raspberry sour out there. Perhaps you are forgetting the likes of Cantillon, Casey, Lost Abbey and a host of other breweries that make world class raspberry sours.

Raspberry is the most expensive fruit commonly used in beer.

    Ask anyone who brews.

I've had raspberry beers and currently have beers from those you listed above in my cellar (around 250 sours on hand currently). Also notice I mentioned in America (cantillon not so much). I like Crooked Staves raspberries sours as good anyone's (for another you didn't mention).

Again, IMO it's one of the best (not the best).

I get that. I'm just saying, it's ranked highly and rated high on untapped. I'm not saying it's THE best.

I need to do framboos Morte with red angel side by side. Prob do it with Atrial as well.
