How would a DFH Red&White hold up in storage?

    Thanks!

I have two left from the 2010 batch I plan on opening soon. I opened one late last year and it was still pretty good.

Red & White is my favorite DFH beer. IMO the fresher the better.

Despite having a high ABV for a wit I still think you'll get out of it fresh, I've never aged R&W but I feel like the Pinot flavor would take over. Fantastic beer though- went awesome with grilled trout, wild rice, and sauteed asparagus.

I feel it hits its peak between 12-18 months and then QUICKLY declines.

Just popped open one from last january and it was much smoother than this years batch.
