refrigerate your cellared beers?

    curious what your ritual is when read to drink.. do you take your beers from the cellar and fully refrigerate, partially refrigerate, or not at all?

    i am a cellar newbie. thanks in advance. cheers

    (i feel like i read somewhere it's not good to refrigerate beers you've cellared for a long time but maybe i didn't)

    You're thinking into it too much. Personal preference - I do all three. Almost all of my fridge beers I let warm up a bit, you want to taste those flavors!
