Refunds for 2015 Regular BCBS and 2015 Prop

Now THAT is roasting someone. That made my Thanksgiving - thanks!

 

But you would have a problem if you cash their voided check.

 

I highly doubt they voided a bunch of checks that quickly (if at all), considering how long it took them to do some other things.

 

Well, I must live a charmed (beer) life; 2 for 2 on 2015 BCBS and they have both been rock solid; no traces of any infection. Simply delicious (11/4/15 batch / 14.3% / 1442, for those of you keeping score at home).

Still 3 bottles of 2015 to go...

I hope that's the case for me as well. I went to go buy 2016 bcbs on Black Friday and the guy sold me a 2015. Just checked the date and it's an infected one. I'm very disappointed in my bottle shop since they have 2016 that they are holding till next year!! It pisses me off even more if they possibly already got the refund without pulling the label and got double their money by selling me some snake oil. Was planning on bringing it back and demanding they swap it for a 2016. Just feel duped by a shop I spend a lot of money at

 

before you beat the store down, consider it might be the distributor. ours was still delivering barleywine well into Spring. not to mention they were delivering them to stores that were NOT ordering/requesting cases. just sliding them in on regular scheduled deliveries (of other product) & then it was up to the stores to refuse the cases & have the amount removed from their invoices.

you are likely right but there is a remote chance your LBS didn't even notice they were distributed a case(s) of 2015 mixed with-in their delivery.

 

Is anyone else still waiting on their BC regular refund? I just called today for the first time and customer service told me my refund was rejected because the dates I sent in were not eligible. After double checking the photos I saved, all the dates were the correct ones for the refund. I have to wait again because my claim is now "elevated".

If people are still waiting for their check to show up I would call GI right away.

 

I still haven't received my refund so I called today and they said they are still processing and trying to push to finish in a couple weeks. I'd still call them if you haven't received your refunds though...

I sent mine the day before the last date. I don't remember when I got the refund, but it was months ago

hope you get it soon.

 

I've got some BW that is somewhat less desirable, that I'm still going to drink... Even the regular is questionable... I'm drinking then either way, but it's there a chance age will help this out... I don't mean to restart the thread, and I didn't read the entire thing so don't flame me!!!
