Release: Central State Brewing's Lazer Raptor

Saturday, March 19th, will mark the first ever canned beer release by Central State Brewing.

Lazer Raptor is a Gose style beer brewed with Lime and Cranberry. This tart style gets an extra kick in the pucker department thanks to the crisp acidic bite of the cran-lime combo.

We will be releasing the cans exclusively at The Koelschip on Saturday March 19th. Doors will open for can sales at 9am and the bar will open regular hours at 10am.

Price will be $12 per 4pk and there will be a limit of 6x 4pks per person (per day if we dont sell out on Saturday).

Following the can release we will have Lazer Raptor on tap as well as our new Meyer Lemon Berliner called Halsdurschlag that we brewed with our buddies at No Coast Reserve in Bloomington.

We will also have beermosas, mimosas, and of course lots of Dark Matter Coffee available if you want to grab a breakfast sandwich from Goose the Market and hang out with us after the release!
