Request a Review

How about an option to 'request a review' on a beer's page, linked to a 'Most Requested Reviews' box in a section on the main 'Beers' page.

For example, Fremont Rusty Nail that I just looked up was added on 3-28-14 with 16 ratings in the three months at a seemingly mighty 4.8, yet I'd like some words to encourage me further to seek it out rather than a rAvg based off .25-increment ratings.

Perhaps the beer would be removed from the box/list once a review is submitted, and then obviously if more people would like another review, the check box would have to be selected by multiple people again to make it to the top of the list, and so on.
