Request for News Feed personalization options

    Short version: Can BA please give users the ability to filter likes vs posts in their New Feed?

    I really like BA's "Your News Feed" because it helps me find the posts of users I "follow". However, often it's difficult to find their posts because the feed is can be filled with notifications of their likes. I want to read what they have to say, not see what they like. I've even unfollowed users because their likes fill up too much of my feed. I would really appreciate a way to customize my News Feed to just show the posts of those I follow.

    This isn't an option. And the forum software is developed by a third party, so I doubt it ever will be unless we invest resources in developing a custom add-on based on a single request (so far). That's not going to happen for numerous reasons, and on top of this we could be switching forum platforms down the road.
