    Hi everyone,

I am working on some course-work development at the graduate and executive level and I could use your help. I do some consulting and teaching since I left the brewing industry full-time many years ago, but I often use the craft beer industry for basis of these efforts. It’s what I know best, but frankly, it’s a fascinating laboratory, business wise, where so many things are changing and happening so damn fast that it offers great subject material.

I am studying and researching the deltas that exist between market/consumer knowledge and producer realities. It’s part of a larger effort that I won’t bore you to death with, but all designed to support marketing and strategy curriculum.

That being said, here is where I would appreciate your help. There is no right or wrong.

Please pick a range in the poll below. Don’t overthink it. And yes, there will be wide variations depending what tap room you are looking at, but if you take out the top and bottom outliers, you’d be surprised how close the amounts are. Outliers would be Surly - they are huge, or U4IC - pretty small.

I am just curious as to what you all think average weekly revenues are for tap room sales for breweries in the state of MN. Not retail, distro, etc. Just pints and growlers/crowlers/750’s etc.

I have some pretty detailed data that we use for financial and consulting purposes, so I’ll share what I know after the poll closes.

    Thanks ahead of time!
