Having email issues? This post will go over common issues with ways to resolve them. First, DO NOT create a new account. This will only complicate resolving the issue. Instead, read the following and then email us. I need to update my email. Simply head to your Contact Details, enter your new email (and current password), and follow the instructions that we send to your new email. I no longer have access to the email that's associated with your account. No worries. Simply /contact me. I'm not receiving emails from BeerAdvocate. Here are some reasons why you're not getting emails from us: Check your spam folder. You may have reported emails from us as spam, which means we can no longer send to your email. Please contact us so we can attempt to clear this block on your account. Your email service is having issues or temporarily blocking emails from us. Unfortunately there's not much we can do here, but updating your account with a new email (with a new domain) usually does the trick. The email associated with your account isn't the one you think it is. This site is saying that my email isn't valid. Common cause: Flagging emails from us as spam (when you should've just unsubscribed using the link in the email or adjusted your your account settings) or issues with your email host. If your email host rejects emails from our servers (for any reason), we're no longer able to send to the email in question and our system automatically disables your account to avoid further issues. To resolve: Update your email (see above). Contact us so we can attempt to remove your email from our suppression list. Still need help?
