    Not much on here on Stone becoming available in Australia. Was curious as to have all your expectations been met or what?
    We know what a few will say. Oxidized and whatever, or I was at the bistro and had on tap. Yippee.

    Rest of you all??

    I suppose for me the pricing is very good. Unlike Deschutes. Struggling to by an Abyss at $50 a pop. For the value Double Bastard is insane value for what you get. Monster hop bomb that nobody makes here and is a 2013. For the money the best beer in the whole shipment I think. Anyway your thoughts are appreciated.

    So far all I've tried is Ruination and Arrogant Bastard. Both on tap and both in surprisingly good nick.

    For the price point very hard to go past.

    Go To IPA is pretty legit

    I think a lot of their other beers could do with a recipe update, which they seem to be doing atm anyway

    Haven't tried the Double Bastard from this shipment yet but I know it's a good beer

    Not a fan of Delicious at all

    Completely agree that Double Bastard is stupid-good value. From the few IPAs I've had, nothing really jumps out to me; they're solid, yes, but nothing outstanding. I'd like to think the presence of 'fresh' & cheap Stone will push Aussie brewers to up their game, we'll see.

    Not sure if WA is getting any on tap anytime soon,
    The bottled ruination was pretty old tasting,
    and im sure last time I had it it was 7.7abv? now is 8.2 or something
    GO-to was nice enough ,
    though it would be much more worn out

    Only had Ruination and it was quite good.

    I guess a little disappointed their best beer didn't make it out here, but there's always the possibility with future shipments

    Ruination 1.0 still tasted great even though it wasn't so fresh (not Pasadena Stone-company store fresh like I'm used to). Pricing remained great. Think the release garnered way too much hype, I mean what is this, Rare Barrel? Please bring BBA IRS @StoneBrewingCo

    Anyways, back to the thread, any reports on how the Stone beers are fairing?
