With many new state laws in effect or upcoming does anyone know what site to go to that explains what each state can now do legally. I am wanting to see specifically what out of state breweries or retail could ship to my home.
Well, in general, it will be the state in which the purchaser resides that determines legality, not the shipper's state.
Just google ship to states, it’s that easy. Or go to the Brewery you want to buy from and look at their shipping exemptions. It’s about money and tax revenue. Some states are in state only shipments so they can account for the money, it gets a bit trickier when it’s out of state. Well not trickier it’s just a simple yes it no.
Pretty sure Burial ships nationwide. I know Threes in Brooklyn can ship to many states but not sure if AL is one.
Thanks for the replies. I found a site that had the beer I seek and would ship to AL. So all is good. Pricey but worth it in my view.
