Lumping all European counties into a singe forum makes it a pain to use, I've noticed a large decrease in visits/posts to the BA Germany section since the change was implemented. I recommend that section be returned back to the way it was to make it more user enjoyable.

Either that, or spread the misery to all US users by giving each state its own prefix in the regional forums. It would be interesting to see how well that would be received.

I'd like to second that opinion.
Please, change it back. For me, the german subforum was one of the main draws to post on the forums. I love getting a different point of view on the german beer culture from international beer geeks.
But due to the new lumping together, this got very difficult:slight_frown:

It's not being changed back. As I mentioned in a previous thread ...

The goal is to provide a more unified European forum with a cleaner user flow. It was fragmented before and caused a lot of misplaced posts and dead forums. Now you can see all of Europe (like a Euro "Beer Talk"), search it, or click on a filter prefix to narrow things down. It's also highly flexible and will allow us to easily add new prefixes as discussions for certain countries within Europe grow; like Italy, which was added recently.

Collectively, the forum is significantly more active now. And the number of misplaced posts have dropped.
