    VSOJ is on tap today at Open Bottle in Tinley Park, along with some other pretty great beers. Looks like a nice event that’s for a good cause.

    Any consideration of hosting a sneak preview Q & A like last year? Was a great event for charity and enjoyed the pours and discussion, was well attended IIRC.

    We weren't able to get anything together in advance of this first release, but I'll post if we're going to do an additional event. I would recommend following Marty on Twitter (@revbarrels) because he usually attends a Thursday night preview party and you can always ask him anything. I'll most likely be at the Logan Arcade one this time since I can almost see it from where I live.

    I will be going to the Revolution tapping in my neighborhood (The Garage Bar & Sandwiches), appreciate the venture into the far NW side.

    Looking forward to the special tappings Friday at the brewery!

    Are these releases typically on tap at the Milwaukee Brewpub for those of us who may not want to stand in lines + want to eat food?

    Yes. They actually tap at the Brewpub at 11am for lunch, well before the release party at the Taproom on Kedzie Ave at 4pm. The catch is that the variants aren't on at the Brewpub, just the 3 featured beers (Deth, Cafe, Plums).
