Thanks for the update and correcting my post, I mean Strawberry Jacket.

Revolution has been cranking out a good quantity to cover all comers. Want to try whatever variants remain tomorrow.

Back of the line. Thought I heard someone say we’d probably miss out on rye assuming everyone maxes

If that’s the case and anyone here has a can or two FT pm me I brought a few things from MI with me

At the price point I doubt everyone maxes out. I could be wrong...

VSOR is definitely not going to make it to everyone still in the line.

750 allotments sold in ~150 min is near 5 transactions per minute and they were using 6 POS. I was hoping it would have been faster (of course!) but we met some good people in line and the beers taste fantastic!
    Thanks Revolution!

Hoping for faster? We all know the only way to order is that you wait UNTIL it’s time to order to contemplate what you want. Also, you never have your form of payment ready.

    Amateur.

Sounds like a solid release! Happy for you guys, and for Rev. Such an easy brewery to root for these days.

Fuck you if you smoke cigarettes in a loading dock of 300 plus. I smoked for 15 years but still had the decency to walk 15 steps to the sidewalk. Line culture is ridiculous now

Think it’s gotten to the point where Rev should do a little more policing the line. Maybe don’t let the first 50 people inside prior to 4pm sale so you can control the entire herd of people. Get a portapotty or two to prevent the constant stream of people going to use your restrooms. You paid someone to play a saxophone, think you can afford this.

Smoking babies? That's when we know we've truly made.

I'm assuming that's why they opened the door on the far end of the loading dock? I saw a no smoking sign posted inside the loading dock, but it was still happening. It didn't bother me, but some people near me were having a hard time with it.

I also think they need to clarify getting pours inside and bringing them back out to the line. People seemed to assume that it's okay, but were getting told they weren't allowed to bring them outside to the loading dock, which is understandable, imo.

Gonna have to agree with @Bbear with the smoking as it got pretty bad. (Though it helped cover up the flatulence )

We were way back in line and had time to get a few pours for the group but only went twice. PLEASE ALLOW THIS TO CONTINUE!!! We didn’t get in the door until 5:25pm and being able to get the beers and have the ensuing discussion helped make the time go by.

Each time we had to bring the pours back through the brewery as to avoid the sidewalk, so we did walk past everyone in line inside, and that went smoothly. At some point someone was told they could not do that any more, but we saw a few more doing it.

It’s weird that they weren’t allowing it anymore given how it’s been deemed totally fine in past releases.

    Anything in crowlers today?

I did this yesterday -- mainly because i was too stubborn to park on Elston and kept circling for a decent spot, which I got...one block west of Elston after close to half an hour (it's cool; I drive a hybrid) -- and was among the final 10 people to get VSOR. Following the remaining stock online was anxiety-inducing; thought for sure I'd miss but not everyone bought two 4pks.

Great time as usual last night. VSOR was very good but not incredible. Really liked the single barrel they had on. The port was a bit disappointing. Strawberry was still super jammy and wonderful.

    Can't wait for VSOD release.

DB VSOR was fantastic, group shared all the drafts and all voted DB VSOR the best. Seems like everyone else in the room thought so too since it kicked before I was able get a full pour of it. Rev please can DB VSOR in the future.
