    Anyone else get a 404 error when you click on the preorder link?

    Yeah , I was slow to open their email and just got an error message too. I’m guessing this means the pre order is sold out?

    Edit: now shows sold out. Oh well I’ll try for the public release

    Would think the proxy idea would override the times (because the whole point is to minimize people coming there). But I'm sure it's also very hard to manage on the brewery side.

    I had a few online orders for curbside pickup and did not get credit for the past two $300pt thresholds. When I sent an email to them they explained that their systems cannot apply the credits to online orders, but the credit will stay there until we can again be there in-person.

    I specifically waited for clarity around the purchaser/proxy pickup day/time as I didn't want to be SOL if my proxy went and couldn't grab mine because I had a different day/time slot. Looks like me waiting for that was a mistake. Very cool for Rev to do this but wish the email had a little more detail.

    Not sure how soon RevRewards is updated, but this order does not show in my History..of course...it's barely history and I haven't even picked it up yet. :grin:

    Sold out for me, too. I waited on responding because I wasn't sure if I'd be able to make the drive up next weekend. Now that I know I can, I'll try tomorrow morning, I suppose. :slight_smile:

    Man, this makes my head hurt! So are they saying if you go there and buy something in person, it will flip a switch and then start including on the stuff that you bought online in point totals?

    Where can I see my pickup time? It doesn't appear to be included in my order confirmation email. Pretty sure I know what I selected but would like to confirm.

    My confirmation email shows the window I picked as one of the first few lines:
    CURBSIDE PICKUP
    Selected Pickup Window: Fri, 6/19, 4-5pm

    It's on my confirmation email, right under "Curbside Pickup" near the top.

    Yeah mine doesn't specify a time even though I'm mostly sure I selected Friday 4-5pm

    Yeah, what the hell? Never had this issue before. It's never been time sensitive and I just had time now to do this. Bummer.
