That’s Pancho. He used to own a Mexican restaurant/bar called Pancho’s on California just south of Boiler Room. He and his sandwiches are awesome. And he’ll talk your ear off and show you all the photos of famous people they used to go into his bar. It was the first bar I went to when I moved to Logan. My friend and I were the only gringos there, but everyone treated us like family. Ronny Cedeno (back when he was on the Cubs, he lived in Humboldt) was there and we hung out and did shots together. To this day, one of the highlights of my time in the city.

Inquiring minds need to know. Do marijuana lines have strollers in it? I'll never know because I refuse to line up for weed. There's plenty of excellent pot these days that I can just go get with no line and it's just as good as the stuff people line up for.

The lines will go away as the hype dies in a month or two, and as more dispensaries open for recreational. I believe I saw 75 new permits/license were approved, so it's only a matter of time before there's a dispensary in every town. Much easier to get edibles, oils, resins, etc at the dispensaries. That's what I'm looking forward to, but like you, I'm not gonna sit in a line for 2 hours to go spend 10 minutes in the shop. I'll hold off until I can just walk in and browse, and pick what I want, without the lines...

Mostly I was seeing how many BA tropes I could fit in my post.

Drank my first and only can of VSOR a few days ago... I can't believe how thick and smooth that beer drinks. Bravo Revolution! The Deep Woods Series keeps getting better with every year.

15 VSOD 4 packs visible at the taproom as of 3pm. Didn't ask if there was more on-site.

Also: last night I was digging in my buddy's cellar and saw a can of Code Switch, which we promptly cracked.

It tasted great. Less of an absolute fruit bomb, more of a quad, and dangerously drinkable at 14.5%.

Don't get me wrong, the blackberry is VERY present, but it's more balanced now.

1-Code Switch needs to not only be released again, but it also needs variants with different fruits.

Inspired by this post, I cracked open a Code Switch and am really enjoying it now. I definitely agree with @HouseofWortship that I would love to see it, or something like it, back in the lineup for future years.

@BeerCruncher Do you have pricing available for this upcoming release? Guessing $40 each but want to budget accordingly for fight club emails that just went out.

Since 10 Year Beer will be seeing limited distro like Plums and Ryeway, it will be interesting to see what retail pricing will be on that.
At Binny's: DT and SJ were the same at $24.99, Cafe Deth went from $30 at the brewery to $32.99, Ryeway went from $30 to $33.99, and Plums went from $40 to $37.99.
And you may have seen SJ go on sale last week at Binny's for $22.99...

Oh - a new twist..."For this special release, we'll be serving food pairings from the Revolution Brewpub kitchen team. Each will be $3, and come with a beer pairing suggestion. Keep an eye on our social media for more information closer to the release!"

I know if the past you had a saxophonist at release. Anyway you guys could just have a doctor at the release handing out notes for people who need to claim a sick day at the office?

'Tis my birthday weekend. Might try to make it up and flex my Fight Club muscles before the purge happens for 20/21...

And by that I mean try a few of the drafts, leisurely grab my allotment, go get something to eat, and go to bed early.
