All good, received a super quick response from the team at Revo. The online counter just resets after a certain amount of points but the still keep track of the actual points.

@ChiPez66 shoot them an email at [email protected]

I'm having a similar experience. The first night I tried all 3 (Deth, Maple, Cafe). Since then, I've had both Cafe and Maple without anything before them, and the complexities are coming out more. I expected this with Cafe, and I find it as good as ever. With Maple, I was really surprised how much I enjoyed the second can. So now I know to just not wreck my palate before I have one.

So all that scrapping and you just needed another can? :stuck_out_tongue:
Go ahead and place that order. Shoot an e-mail to [email protected] to be safe, but thats a reasonable amount of time.
All 3 Deths from the brewery could be gone pretty soon. The combination of the reviews, convenience of curbside (vs long lines), and ability to proxy has made us down to the very end, especially on regular Deth's Tar believe it our not. That being said, I completely agree that you'll have a little extra time to get it on the store shelves, but I'm expecting even those to run out much faster than previous years.

Anyone excited for Deth by Cherries? I freaking am. Been a nice 3 year slumber for that banger, but it's time.

You guys still working to add points from the Maple release to our Rev Rewards accounts? I'm still not seeing mine.

I just checked and apparently mine have as well. I can’t say I’m a fan of this nonsense! I had somewhere around 1200-1300, then gained 249 for last week’s purchase. Now it’s saying I have 83. Maybe it resets at 1500? Can’t recall if this has been mentioned before @BeerCruncher?

I’ve always had a bit of difficulty keeping track of the rewards. It would be awesome if there was a way to see the activity in your account (or maybe there is and I just don’t know it).

    There is: https://revbrew.com/revrewards

You have to go to History once you are logged in to see activity.

It's just visually on that tracker - your total points behind the scenes are used for early access / etc.

    Yes it resets at 1500.

There's a history button that shows all of the transactions that you earned points, and when you used rewards. The only thing really missing now since rewards can't be used for online orders is how many rewards you've accumulated. I know personally since March I've definitely hit the 300 point mark multiple times, but it doesn't say on the screen that I have any rewards available. I asked back at the start, and was told the rewards are there and next time you can ever go purchase at a location they'll be applied.

I remembered the latter part but apparently forgot the former. Thanks for the clarification!

I believe everything asked on the Rev Rewards front is addressed in the FAQs. I would give the last barrel-aged release some time to get manually added, but then use the form here if they're still missing. We are forced to run really lean right now and appreciate the understanding:

I was not fronting. But it's barely touched the market yet, so there will be plenty of places getting it soon, if not already. Again, with us being sold out at the brewery, I'd expect it to move faster than ever.

Wow. Guess I won't be taking advantage of my newly discovered Grubhub membership and having it delivered to my brother's house per usual. May have to pay the rarity tax here in MI this year.

Just relishing my second can of it this very minute, banking on the assumption that I'd be able to add a couple more 4-packs when Straight Jacket goes on sale next month and replenish my supply then. I guess I'll be venturing out to nab some out here in the burbs instead. It's outstanding as expected.
