Hit Cuvée, Honey, Deth, SJ on my randos, two Boss Ryeways and one each of DBVSOD. Absolutely fucking banged. Wouldn’t change a thing.

 

Damn samething except a deth by rasp instead of cuvee.

 

I asked if they were sufficiently randomized (told yes), but waited until I got home to open. 2018 boss ryeway in each, 2023 DBVSOD in each (although the email said 201& or 2020), and 2020 sj, 2020 honey jacket, 2021 cuvée, and 2020 ryeway as my randoms.

I regret going for the lotto boxes, but I appreciated the chance to get the OG Lumberstruck on draft.

 

No spoilers or names but how did you guys feel about the blind test? Easy? Hard? The year on #1 is gonna get me I feel like. I hope it’s announced other than just for the winners because I’m curious lol. I was like the second in line to try em.

#2 I didn’t get anything indicating it was apple brandy. I definitely got rye but not much telling me it was apple brandy.

is this the official announcement ? If so, I guessed AB ryeway correctly , but I didn’t get adjunct on #1 (for me it was light / bitter for a BA stout). so I went with on&on pt 1.

 

Dang, had DBVSOD for the first but I guessed the second dead-on. Pretty obvious Apple Brandy for me, especially having the one with that barrel on draft. Got like no Vanilla on the Vanilla Deth lol.

 

So what the fuck is Deth Stae?

 

Is fruited barleywine replacing fruited stout this year?
