My wife and I love the place, and we are definitely not hipsters. I've never had even a mediocre experience there, it's always been top-notch.

My only suggestion is this: offer the black t-shirts in short sleeves. But thanks for offering women's sizes, my wife was dying for a t-shirt for the longest time.

Uh, my good friend crossovert means McHenry County. You know, where the roads turn to ruts, and men are men.... and so are the women.

I'm a Logan Square hipster and I find it not quite hipster-y enough for me

I'm a big fan and supporter though, and have gone *at least* 1-2 times a month since it opened (twice in a day once). Excited to start seeing your cans and bottles in shops. And I like getting it around town, for instance a $4 pint of Eugene at the Logan Theater on a Thursday.

I went to the brewery location tonight for the first time and love the atmosphere there. Anywhere that's not too loud to have a conversation will win me over. I also vastly prefer the upstairs for this reason and wish it was open more often.

Only criticism I could make is echoing a post above: when sitting at the bar it can be hard to get a server's attention. Likewise while waiting in the front area (is that the brewer's lounge?). And I feel that it should be easier to go and just get a beer without getting food. The bar fills up quickly and the tables are reserved for those eating. If I show up with a handful of friends to get some beers, it can be difficult at times. Again, the upstairs will help with this and I have only been up there a couple times.

Loving the flagships/staples, the special releases even more, and almost all of the barrel-aged stuff. Always glad to try the newest brew.

Someone was really smart to open at this location, at this time, and ensure a top notch product, service, setting, etc. Good job. I'll be over at Cafe Mustache getting buzzed on coffee until it's time for a beer.
