    Thanks. It's next to impossible to find good brisket in NC so I was going to check it out when I visit in May.

    It's been awesome. We ended up leaving work early and drove Tuesday evening, so we're technically day 3. Hit Mekong, The Answer and the Veil yesterday. Going back to the Answer for crowlers today. It's been a great trip already.
