Just a recap from the last poll: It was clear that as a base malt people want Maris Otter in. More people wanted MO than a generic-standard 2 row. However it was unclear if some individuals wanted a combination of the 2. In hindsight an option of both MO and 2 row should have existed (in conjunction with one of only MO and only 2 row). So this poll will be to determine of people want a combo of MO and 2 row or only 2 row. Also from the last poll it seemed clear that oats should be, and not an sort of wheat. Also a sizable minority wanted Munich. Being a minority however it will be not included at this time. Perhaps at the end of the project I will see if any additional interest is sparked. Tonight another poll will go up to determine the roasted grains going in. After this, I will have a poll for crystals. I like to have a crystals only after everything else is determined.
