Cool! I really hope they bottle it! If you make it to Lambertville and are into coffee you should totally check out Rojo's...its walking distance from River Horse.

My girlfriend lives in Lambertville, so I'm there pretty much every week, yet have never tried Rojo's. Looks like I know where we are going tonight or tomorrow! Thanks for the tip.

I hope they bottle this as well, but depending on the size of the batch, I'm more inclined to think they will use it for tap takeovers, such as the one they have coming up at Teresa's Next Door next Thursday. Here's to hoping I'm wrong!

friend knew the rigger who transported the slyfox equipment from ga. to philly. told me months before they revealed thier expansion plans and posted here.

as for riverhorse fb only made mention of kegging. not sure if it is to be bottled but would hope a small portion would.

I might be at a Riverhorse tap takeover at Isaac's tonight. I'll ask about the pub if an opportunity comes up. Very excited. I live close to Ewing. No reason to go to Lambertville now haha.

The Oatmeal Milk Stout on the Rojo's is excellent. It was on a firkin too. I talked to the RH guy there, he said they'd like to be able to offer a small pub menu eventually, after they get everything settled and running. Which I can understand.

the Lambertville location was open for the final time last weekend. They think they'll be able to do public tastings and tours of the new Ewing location "sometime in July" per their Facebook.

Bringing this thread back from the dead. River Horse is now doing tours in the Ewing facility as of this past Saturday. The tour is $5 which gets you the tour and 4 samples (4oz each). I spoke with some of the workers and they did confirm that they will be brewing the Oatmeal Milk Stout with Coffee again, and it will be bottled. They also mentioned that they were getting or trying to get bourbon barrels for the Milk Stout and Tripel.

They are doing a ticketed event this Friday at Ewing, similar to what they did at the old Lambertville location. Overall, I'm looking forward to seeing what they can do with more space and I plan on stocking up on the Oatmeal Milk Stout with Coffee as soon as it's available.
