Under the radar brewery that's quickly gaining traction and attention, I think it's time they got their own thread. Located in Lake Zurich, IL, they just nabbed the # 1 USA Today's 10Best new brewery for 2020. They recently started doing some self-distro and they offer to-go cans and bottles, as well as growler and crowlers, out of their taproom. I will put a plug in for Roaring Table. If you like the Answer and 450 slushees, their Fruit Shop series is right there. At $12 a crowler of it you can’t go wrong. I think anything with fruit in it is pretty darn good. They have a sour ipa, Inessential Houses, that is pretty good when they add other fruits.
Their Helles lager is fantastic, and although it's sold out now, their Just! Add! Baguette! farmhouse ale is one of my favorite beers I've had.
Their most recent NEIPA (Falcons Cannot Here, Citra/Galaxy) is easily the best ipa I’ve had from roaring table. Still available for anyone looking.
As good as any NEIPA I've had in the last 12 months. Granted I've probably not had a lot but it's a very good beer imo. And no lactose.
