Rob knows how to make a great burrito...I think this has the potential to be really cool.

He plans to add a micro-brewery.
A special exception is needed from the three-member zoning panel to add the brewery to the existing restaurant location.
McGrath said he has been a home-brewer for several years and is interested in carrying that into his restaurant.
"Nothing beats a beer and a burrito," he said.
Yet, because of lease restrictions or lack of space, McGrath has not attempted to serve alcohol at his York County restaurants, he said.
In Lancaster, he does not foresee adding large tanks or other equipment such as those seen in other breweries. Rather, the addition of the beer will be an extension of the fresh-made food.
"I'm not trying to distribute my beer. It's about making everything from scratch, from the burrito to the beer. It's about making it the way I like it," he said.

I don't know if I'm more excited about the beer or the burritos. I just realized that Senorita Burrita is opening up a shop about ten minutes from me. Roburrito would be further...but fresh burritos and nanobrew? If they're both good, it could be a wonderful thing.
