Whistle Binkies North and South is tapping a keg each of Surly Wet. North, Thursday November 1st and South November 2. Both at 5pm. If any if you guys want to plan ahead, let me know. Friday is best for me.
I might head out to one of these.... I live close to the North location so I might go Thursday... I was expecting the price to be a bit higher at $7 or $8 so $5 sounds good to me...
I'm down for Thursday. Gotta request the early shift/off of work, but I'm down!! North location is much closer to me as well. We need to have a sampling event, as I have way to much beer that I need to get rid of, as far as more common stuff. My cellar aka my basement beer room is filling up quick too.
Are we still planning on meeting up tomorrow a little before 5? I'll be there with my Toppling Goliath shirt.
I think I might end up hitting the South location tomorrow around 5ish if anyone is wanting to still go? Went out tonight & met aliving1 & friends. Good time for sure. Wet kicked pretty early, I'd guess 6. Not sure if it was actually tapped at 5pm or earlier.
Wet was tapped at 5PM and was gone at 5:32. I had 1, the other two guys had two each and ordered 2 last ones. The bartender came over with 1 and said the guys could fight over the last one. He mentioned he was disappointed in us as the Syx was finished in like 25 minutes when they had that and the Wet took 32.
Yeah, this past spring they had a keg of it. Not yesterday. I'm also wondering when they are getting their allotment of Darkness.
