    He has his Federal licenses, still waiting on state licenses. It's weird, his website has been up for years but nobody I know knows anything about him aside from his contracting business.

    Glad to see Rochester is finally coming out of the stone age. I just hope his contracting business is doing well, because a 1bbl system is way too small to make a profit from.

    This-here site says he was established in 1997 -- that can't be right?

    (Trav over in Woodbrush said he knew someone who knew him, I think. Keeping track of the many plans out there is harder than it ought to be.)
