My husband and I will be traveling through Belgium in mid-June and plan on renting a car and driving. It looks like the only way to visit Rodenbach is with a large group? Does anyone have any first-hand knowledge?
You can contact the brewery directly to book a tour. Their site says: "contact us via email for an individual visit"... A visit is not possible on Friday, weekends and national holidays. We wandered the open courtyard grounds on a Saturday, just to snap a few photos. Fun and free alternative if you're already in the area.
