This is a bit like asking, "Beer on tap, any sightings?". :-) Where? In the whole Eastern Seaboard? In your neighborhood? Is this a joke? In New York City, I recently had Shakespeare, Double Chocolate, Old Crustacean and more.
Agreed Bruno. I thought maybe the OP was new to beer and BA, but he's been a member since 11/08. To the best of my knowledge, there's no shortage of Rogue beers on the East Coast. Max's always has at least one Rogue beer on tap (currently it's the chipolte ale I believe), and often several. Even the XS and John John beers are all pretty easy to find in my experience. Frankly, in my experience, Rogue beers are easier to find and are generally more popular here on the East Coast than they are out in Oregon (where they're always beaten up over their pricing). In any event, it certainly should be no problem for the OP to find some Rogue beers around town with very little effort.
Since you're in the Bronx, try checking BeerMenus. You should be able to find some Rogue on tap within your general Metro NY area. EDIT: To make it even easier, check this: http://www.beermenus.com/beers/rogue-chocolate-stout
